Garage Door Marketing Lab is the only digital marketing agency built exclusively for garage door companies. Founded by Andy Felice in Phoenix, AZ. We help garage door businesses get more repair jobs and new door installs. Our clients are making $10,000 to $20,000 extra per month. We helped State 48 Garage Doors generate nearly $40,000 in 60 days. We helped Access Garage Doors get under $100 cost per lead, which is unheard of in this industry.

We are growing fast and need a sharp, hungry Appointment Setter to be the first voice prospects hear.

The Role

You will conduct 15 minute discovery calls to pre-qualify inbound leads before they book a 60 minute strategy session with Andy. You are not closing deals. You are qualifying the right people and booking the right calls. Speed and consistency are everything in this role.

Your Daily Goals

• 10 discovery calls per day
• 3 strategy sessions booked per week
• 60 second response time on Facebook lead form inquiries

Lead Sources

• Facebook and Instagram lead forms
• Inbound website inquiries
• Follow up on unconverted leads in the pipeline

Must-Haves

• Proven appointment setting or inside sales experience, ideally B2B or home services
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound dials
• CRM experience. GoHighLevel is a strong plus
• You use AI in your daily workflow and can show us how
• Can work Arizona Time hours consistently

Compensation

$2,600 to $3,500 USD per month DOE, plus bonuses. 1099 contractor. Paid weekly via Wise (international) or Zelle (USA).
