Compensation: $11–$17 USD/hour, DOE
Location: Philippines OR India (remote)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Arizona time (must conform — no exceptions)
Engagement: 1099 contractor, 40 hrs/week, direct permanent (no trial)

About GDML

Garage Door Marketing Lab (GDML) is the only digital marketing agency built exclusively for the garage door industry. We work with $1M–$10M+ garage door companies across the US. Industry-record results: 10.9X, 8X, 6X ROAS on paid media. We run on EOS, use Claude and Manus daily, and are in the middle of an AI-first transformation across the agency.

The Role

You'll own Google Search Ads PPC + the conversion stack for a portfolio of garage door clients. You'll work alongside our existing PPC manager (John) — coaching and guiding him while running senior-level strategy yourself.

This is the search-side mirror of what our CRO Expert Eunice does for Meta Ads. If you're senior on Google Ads + comfortable in GHL + you actually use AI in your daily workflow, this is your seat.

What You'll Own

- Google Search Ads strategy + execution across the client portfolio
- LSA (Local Service Ads) management + dispute workflows
- Conversion tracking integrity (GA4, GTM, server-side, CallRail)
- Landing page CRO + offer testing
- GHL automations on the search/inbound side
- Coaching the existing PPC manager (John) — weekly cadence, audits, SOPs
- Monthly client reporting tied to CPA + ROAS targets

How Success Is Measured

- Each client's account Average CPA: $80–$160 per conversion (form submission or inbound call)
- Each client's ROAS: 3X–7X (our verified record is 10.9X)
- Tracked monthly inside our EOS scorecard

What We're Looking For

Required:
- 3+ years senior Google Ads PPC, agency-side
- Real CRO instincts — you look past the ad platform to landing pages, offers, forms, call tracking
- GHL (GoHighLevel) experience — workflows, pipelines, automations
- Daily AI use in your workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, etc.)
- Coaching/mentoring track record — you've taught other PPC people, not just done the work yourself
- Excellent written + verbal English
- Can work AZ 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, lunch 10:15–10:30 AZ, every day

HIGH PRIORITY:
- Home services / trades / contractors PPC experience
- LSA dispute + review workflow expertise
- Garage door industry experience (rare but flagged)

- Anyone who can't run an audit without Google's auto-recommendations
- Anyone who's never coached a junior
- Anyone who can't commit to AZ hours
